In order to enhance its track record of ISO quality systems certificates, Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources has successfully renewed its ISO certification for the training and development system, due to its oustanding commitment to the quality of the training system through its management and services implemented according to the best approved international standards and practices.
HE Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Chairman of the Directorate of Human Resources, stated that the Directorate passed the integrated management systems audit and was therefore able to renew its ISO10015 certification for training systems.
This reflects its commitment to international standards and improvement of the effectiveness and quality of its administrative systems to enhance the happiness and satisfaction of its targeted employees of Sharjah Government and the job seekers.
He confirmed the Directorate’s commitment to the effective application of the integrated management systems in all its works, as they form the basis of its continuous improvement, innovation and creativity. He clarified that the Directorate focuses, in the quality policy, on the provision of professional services of high efficiency to ensure that all the requirements of the beneficiaries are met.
He pointed out that ISO contributes internally to raise the performance of the Directorate’s employees and improve the quality of work. He also confirmed that the quality system in the Directorate is subject to periodic measurement and evaluation by the senior management in a way to meet the ISO requirements and achieve the overall strategy of the Directorate.
He also confirmed that the auditing and evaluation process approved by ISO applies standards adopted by independent competent authorities to ensure that the Directorate complies with the highest international standards and ensures the quality of the provided service.
He praised the efforts of the Strategic Planning Office, particularly Mariam Omran Al Shamsi, Head of Corporate Excellence, Bashayer Taleb Bu Taleb, Head of the Knowledge Department and the work team of the Career Development Department: Balqees Al Hamadi, and Youssef and Amna Al Shamsi, and their keenness to combine their efforts and strive to achieve quality and excellence to improve the level of work, which reflects a civilised image of the Directorate and strengthens its position in Sharjah Government.
